I may yet write The Snowmoose
Sometimes I take a break from writing non-fiction and make up stories. I suppose they’re children’s stories and it’s probably no coincidence I took to writing them after my daughter was born.
I must say I’m looking forward to the day she shouts ‘Dad, more Jock and the Beef Stock!’ and I can’t wait to build a snowdog with her.
In the meantime, I give you Jock and the Beef Stock, a Scottish fairytale. And The Snowdog which is about a boy who builds a snowdog that comes to life and whisks him off to the magical land of Arctantica.
