Everywhere you look these days it’s Top Ten this and Top Ten that. Top Ten R&B Artists, Top Ten B&Q Moments. Top Ten Cats, Top Ten Tents, Top Ten Places To See Before You Brush Your Teeth.
I thought I’d buck the trend with a series of Top Twas. That’s twa as in the number twa. As in twa butteries, twa white pudding suppers, twa vodka lemonades.
So far I’ve got Top Twa Rocks, Top Twa Gigs and Top Twa Lochs. Where all this Top Twa business will lead to no-one knows, least of all me. But I’m pretty sure a Top Twa trumps a Top Ten.
