Witness the sheer magnitude of the Sheepies Loch
Loch Ness makes my Top Twa Lochs, mostly because of the monster. A Hopeman man was driving near Drumnadrochit one night when the monster crossed the road in front of him.
I don’t know how much the man had had to drink but it’s the most credible sighting of the monster yet.
My other top loch is the Sheepies Loch in Hopeman. It’s not as long as Loch Ness (20ft as opposed to 20 miles) and not as deep either (2ft versus 700ft).
In fact, you could argue that the Sheepies Loch is more of a rock pool than a loch, but that just smacks of Broch propaganda.
